The Pre-Primary children at Sawyers Valley were preparing for their Mothers' Day Garden Party and needed to find out what their mums' favourite cupcakes were. After the teacher (Mrs Wood) modelled how she would call her mum to ask this question the children read their phone number and called their mums to ask what their favourite cupcake was and what type of icing they liked the best. The children recorded this information and complied it onto a class graph and then analysed this information to conclude which was the most favourite, least favourite,etc.
